Due to the public health measures imposed by the pandemic, the public defense took place in a remote way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The thesis is presented in a box, inspired by Marcel Duchamp\u2019s <em><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/De_ou_par_Marcel_Duchamp_ou_Rrose_S\u00e9lavy_(La_Bo\u00eete-en-valise)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">boite en valise<\/a> <\/em>and Chris Ware\u2019s graphic novel <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Building_Stories\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Building Stories<\/a>. The format of the thesis, as well as its narrative tone, represent as well an \u2018artistic component\u2019 of the doctoral defence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/lirias.kuleuven.be\/3411232?limo=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">digital version of the thesis<\/a> is available (with limited access) at KU Leuven\u2019s repository.
